Delphi starts and is still in front of GO!

Delphi is now marked as a “Fast-Up-Mover” and is even positioned above Go. Delphi has climbed five places within a year, moving from 16th to 11th, and continues to rise steadily.

This result is undoubtedly due to the new Community Editions as well as the online developer conferences “CodeRage” and the Embarcadero Academic Edition.

The “TIOBE Programming Community Index” is a ranking of programming languages by their popularity, published since 2001 and updated monthly.

The ranking of each language is determined by the frequency of hits when searching for the name of the programming language on the most important websites with search functionality, according to Alexa Internet.

The ranking is published by the Dutch company TIOBE Software BV, which was founded in October 2000 with financial support from the Swiss company SynSpace AG and some private investors.
